FREE Consultation for Every Pet
We offer a free consultation for every pet we care for, which can be done over the phone or via video call if needed. This is a great opportunity to discuss your pets’ specific needs, behaviours, and care requirements, as well as to go through the booking process and how updates will be handled through our easy-to-use Pet Management System, Time to Pet.
If you’d like to speak to any of our carers, feel free to do so by phone at no extra cost. Should you prefer an in-person consultation with one of our carers, there will be a charge for this, as outlined in our full price list.
During the consultation, we’ll cover everything from our policies and procedures to the process of exchanging keys if needed.
Create or Log Into Your Account

To provide the best care for your pets, we need to gather some information. We know it might seem like a lot of questions, but the more details you give us, the better we can care for your pets. Keeping your information up-to-date is crucial for everyone’s safety.
We’ll regularly ask you to update your details as things change in your household.
Setting Up Your Time to Pet Account
It’s recommended to set up and complete your Time to Pet account before your consultation so we can go through all the necessary details when we chat.
Time to Pet works on any internet browser or device, and you can also download the app using the links below. Just look for the Time to Pet logo!

Please Note:
We operate a 24/7 pet care service, but all administrative tasks – including consultations, responding to messages, and processing bookings, cancellations, and changes – are handled Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

When visiting your pets and home, we can also undertake any other task required to ensure that your animals are safe, fit, well and warm and your property is secure and well looked after. All our carers can administer pet medications and clean up after any animal.
